All rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hand basin with hot and cold water.

Ensuite Rooms also have an integral bathroom, with washbasin, toilet and either bath or shower. Ensuite Rooms contain a minimum of a double and single bed.

The Caledonian Suite, comprises, a main room with a King size bed, a single bed, an adjoined room with a single bed, a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and corner bath complete with shower. It also has a dining table. Although it does not have its own cooking facilities it is adjacent to the guest kitchen.

There are two shower rooms with toilets and a separate toilet on the first floor. A third shower is located on the second floor for the convenience of guests on that floor.
The dining room is situated on the ground floor and is only used for breakfasts.
There is a kitchen for the use of guests to prepare light meals, situated on the ground floor.
An iron and ironing board is available on request.
